Thanks to the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, we provide expert legal advice at a fraction of the usual cost. Your consultation includes a one-on-one with your legal advisor, plus any follow-up work they do to support your case.

An Update on Catalogue
We have made the difficult decision to close the Catalogue platform in its current form. Since the site’s launch in 2024, the rising costs of support and management mean we are no longer able to sustain ongoing operation. We had hoped to secure a further funding opportunity, but unfortunately it did not come to fruition, and it is with sincere regret that we confirm Catalogue will close in May.
While Catalogue will not continue as a standalone platform, the Legal Service will continue to support creatives. Users will also maintain continued access to expert knowledge and resources here at Copyright Licensing NZ.
